Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our services and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to address customer issues and drive resolution.
- Stay informed about product updates and strategies to enhance client understanding and engagement.
- Collect and share customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in training and development workshops to grow both professionally and personally.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage customer expectations effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer interaction tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
