Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to marketplace products and services.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our customer support system.
- Collaborate with other teams to continuously improve service and address customer feedback.
- Stay well-informed about product offerings, promotions, and updates within the marketplace.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role, ideally within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and customer service software is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for assisting customers.
