Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries to enhance their overall satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in an effective and professional manner.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within our support systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address ongoing customer concerns.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and marketplace updates to assist customers accurately.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, particularly within the e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high service quality.
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms and customer support software is advantageous.
  • A positive demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers.
