In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clientele. You will assist customers through various channels, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking customers.
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Share product knowledge and effectively communicate service offerings to enhance customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve more complex inquiries.
- Stay updated on company products and policies to provide informed support to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is beneficial.
