As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will engage with customers in Dutch and other languages, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. Your linguistic skills and customer-centric approach will be critical in creating positive experiences and maintaining customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and additional languages as necessary
- Provide informative and accurate responses regarding product offerings and services
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with a focus on effective solutions
- Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Continuously update knowledge regarding company products, services, and policies to provide the best support
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems effectively
- Able to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems
