As a Multilingual Support Representative, you will interact with customers in Dutch and other languages, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Your fluency in Dutch, coupled with your dedication to excellent service, will significantly enhance our customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Dutch and additional languages as required
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
- Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality customer service
- Familiarity with customer service software and computer systems is advantageous
