In this position, you will act as the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing assistance with their inquiries and resolving any technical issues they may face while using our online platform. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our users have a seamless and satisfying experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the online platform promptly.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex inquiries when necessary.
- Educate users about platform features and promote engagement with our services.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- No previous experience required; driven entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- A strong desire to learn and an interest in technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of online platforms is a plus, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A reliable internet connection is necessary for remote work.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
