In this position, you will be the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and resolving any technical issues they may face while using our online platform. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the online platform.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate complex problems when needed.
- Guide users on platform features and promote engagement with our services.
- Engage in continual training to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- No previous experience needed; we welcome driven entry-level candidates.
- A strong desire to learn and an interest in technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-centric mindset and a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of online platforms is advantageous, but not essential.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Must have a stable internet connection and be capable of working remotely.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
