Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with online shopping inquiries through chat, email, or phone communication.
- Deliver accurate product information and personalized recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to sharpen customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong commitment to customer service, particularly in online retail settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for providing exemplary service.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital communication tools.
