Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with online shopping inquiries utilizing chat, email, or telephone.
- Deliver accurate product information and tailored recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to maintain product knowledge and best customer service practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service focus, especially in an online retail context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and e-commerce platforms.
