Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their unique product requirements and business goals
- Design and recommend bespoke product solutions tailored to client specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product implementation and outstanding support
- Provide ongoing assistance and insights to clients regarding optimal product usage
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to deliver the best client solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Document client insights and feedback for continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in product consulting, customer advisory, or a related client-facing role is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for understanding and explaining complex product concepts
- Proactive, highly motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for learning
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and product management systems is preferred
- Genuine interest in staying up-to-date with new trends in product solutions and technology
