Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent remote support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services swiftly.
  • Assist customers with product features and configuration to maximize their use of our services.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to continuously improve our service offerings.
  • Keep up-to-date with product changes and industry trends to ensure effective customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems or CRM software is advantageous.
