- Provide excellent remote support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services swiftly.
- Assist customers with product features and configuration to maximize their use of our services.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to continuously improve our service offerings.
- Keep up-to-date with product changes and industry trends to ensure effective customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
