In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues, offering assistance through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via multiple communication platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and manage support tickets accurately.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to tackle complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Participate in team training sessions to enhance service delivery and product knowledge.
  • Actively seek feedback to continually improve service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in IT support, service desk, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Understanding of operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Valid European Passport or ID required.
