Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking users via social media.
  • Quickly address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage proactively with users to nurture a friendly online community.
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media.
  • Document user interactions for quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with different social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or social media support is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
