Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with different social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or social media support is advantageous.
