Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers on social media channels in Dutch, addressing inquiries and providing helpful information promptly.
  • Engage with the audience in a friendly and professional manner, encouraging positive discussions and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback, trends, and potential issues, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Assist in creating and implementing engaging content tailored to the Dutch-speaking audience.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our social media strategy.
  • Stay informed about our products and services to ensure accurate and up-to-date communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Experience in customer service, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and resolution.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their engagement strategies.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
