Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking users on social media channels.
  • Efficiently address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage proactively with users to nurture a positive online community.
  • Monitor feedback and user interactions to help enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with different teams to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on social media best practices and platform updates.
  • Document user interactions for quality assurance and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service or social media support is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
