Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or social media support is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
