Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process of software solutions for clients, addressing their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize the software configurations.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the software effectively.
- Document the implementation process and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Work closely with the product development team to relay client feedback and recommend improvements.
- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in software implementation or a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software systems and related technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
