In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing expert support and guidance across various communication channels. Your mission will be to ensure a smooth and enjoyable user experience as customers navigate our streaming services.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the streaming platform.
- Assist customers with account management, navigation, and subscription queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our support system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve more complex issues as required.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep informed about platform updates and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferable, but motivated applicants without experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of streaming services or related technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Must have a stable internet connection for remote work.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is necessary.
