Responsibilities

  • Offer friendly and efficient support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and troubleshoot varying technical problems related to our products and services.
  • Educate customers on product functionalities and provide them with effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the support database.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to enhance service quality and share industry insights.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of products and industry developments to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Experience in a customer service or technical support role is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to thrive in both individual and team-oriented settings.
  • Experience with helpdesk tools or CRM applications is a plus.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology and dedication to customer support is crucial.
