Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage and escalate complex inquiries effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with product features and updates to offer accurate assistance.
  • Engage in regular training to enhance product knowledge and technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of operating systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in using various customer support tools and CRM applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid European Passport or ID may be required.
