As a Dutch Speaking Support Center Analyst, you will serve as the main support contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them in resolving technical challenges in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with teammates to escalate complex issues and offer effective solutions.
- Stay informed about product updates and features to provide timely and relevant assistance.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
- Proficiency in utilizing various support tools and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Possession of a valid European Passport or ID may be required.
