As a Dutch Speaking Support Center Analyst, you will serve as the main support contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them in resolving technical challenges in a timely and efficient manner. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with teammates to escalate complex issues and offer effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about product updates and features to provide timely and relevant assistance.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various support tools and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Possession of a valid European Passport or ID may be required.
