As a Dutch Speaking Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, offering them expert guidance on using our products and addressing their technical inquiries. Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, handling inquiries and providing support
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless implementation of our solutions
- Deliver product training and support, helping clients utilize our products to their fullest potential
- Identify and resolve any technical challenges clients may encounter
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and influence product improvements
- Regularly monitor client satisfaction and success metrics, maintaining strong relationships through ongoing communication
- Stay up to date on industry developments and product innovations to provide relevant insights to clients
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Experience in technical account management, customer support, or a related field
- Strong technical background with familiarity in software solutions
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to client engagement
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success metrics is preferred
- A desire to deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships
