In this crucial role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the use of our products and ensuring they receive the support they need to achieve their business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively in Dutch will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored support
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our products
  • Conduct product training sessions to help clients maximize their usage
  • Identify and resolve any technical challenges that clients experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and influence product enhancements
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups
  • Stay current on industry trends and product advancements to offer relevant insights to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in technical account management, technical support, or a related field
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with software solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client relationships
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer satisfaction metrics is a plus
