As a Dutch Speaking Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and expert guidance on our products. Your technical skills and linguistic proficiency will enable you to enhance client satisfaction and ensure the effective utilization of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, responding to inquiries and addressing their needs
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to guarantee a smooth implementation experience
  • Deliver comprehensive training and support to help clients maximize the use of our products
  • Identify and resolve any technical challenges faced by clients in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback and support product development efforts
  • Regularly monitor client satisfaction metrics and conduct follow-ups to maintain strong relationships
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in technical account management, customer service, or a related area
  • Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with software applications
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement
  • Detail-oriented problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs
  • A cooperative mindset with the ability to work well within a team
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer satisfaction metrics is advantageous
