Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their experience.
  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address common customer challenges.
  • Stay informed about product updates and emerging technologies to offer knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential, in addition to a good command of English.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM software or customer support platforms is a plus.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to helping customers effectively is necessary.
