Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues in a timely manner.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their experience.
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address common customer challenges.
- Stay informed about product updates and emerging technologies to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential, in addition to a good command of English.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with CRM software or customer support platforms is a plus.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to helping customers effectively is necessary.
