Responsibilities
- Offer high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems, providing effective solutions.
- Record and track customer interactions and resolutions accurately to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently in a remote role.
