Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues involving hardware, software, and networking.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Basic understanding of software, hardware, and networking concepts.
- Proficient in various computer systems and applications.
