Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to customers in Dutch through phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues while providing clear and concise guidance.
  • Document customer interactions and resolve issues effectively to enhance the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up with product developments and industry changes to deliver informed support.
  • Engage in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and troubleshooting tools.
  • A strong interest in technology and a commitment to helping customers.
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new environment with fully paid relocation support.
