Responsibilities
- Provide excellent technical support to customers in Dutch via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, guiding customers step-by-step through troubleshooting processes.
- Document and log customer interactions and issue resolutions for future reference and product improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates, new releases, and industry trends to provide the most accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to improving support processes and sharing best practices with the team.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and technical support tools.
