In this vital role, you will be the first interaction for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with essential support and guidance related to our products and services. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities
- Provide premium Tier 1 support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve basic customer inquiries and technical challenges while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, delivering timely and accurate information.
- Log customer interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate more complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and service changes to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to enhance these skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy support environment.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
