Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch Tier 1 support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical inquiries and service-related issues
- Accurately document customer interactions in the support system.
- Guide customers with clear and concise instructions on product features.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when needed.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems and support software is beneficial.
- A cooperative team player with a desire to expand knowledge and skills.
