Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly in Dutch via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose basic technical issues and guide users through solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to offer informed support to clients.
  • Participate in training sessions and provide feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care.
  • Comfortable navigating technology and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
