Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent to join our committed support team. In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with general inquiries and basic technical issues related to our products and services. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve general inquiries and basic technical issues effectively.
- Assist customers by guiding them through troubleshooting procedures.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support platform.
- Collaborate with other support agents to escalate more complex issues as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of product updates and features to provide accurate assistance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Basic technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
