Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver detailed information on travel options, accommodations, and tailored itineraries.
- Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings for future reference.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends and our services to provide effective recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel support is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality service.
- Experience with travel booking software and CRM systems is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor and a positive attitude towards helping others.
