About the Centre

Our client is located in Wedderburn, a picturesque regional location! This is a brand new 90 place purpose built centre which will open in January 2026. The centre will provide the community with Three-Year-Old and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten programs as well as long day care. The centre will have outdoor play areas as well as a community space for local child and family services such as maternal and child health consulting.

About the Role

We are hiring Early Childhood Educators both certificate 3 and diploma qualified professionals. The role will be responsible for delivering high standards of early childhood education ensuring to implement evidence based strategies, inclusive and diverse approaches so each individual child’s social, cognitive and emotional wellbeing is achieved.

Salary package

Early Childhood Educator - Certificate 3; $53,865 - $65,916 + 12% superannuation

Early Childhood Educator - Diploma; $69,692 - $75,427 + 12% superannuation

$4,000 workforce attraction bonus + $10,000 relocation allowance!

Key role responsibilities will include

• You will help be responsible for delivering a quality educational program ensuring a positive approach and learning environment for children to reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community of Wedderburn.
• Regular practice reflections as well as providing positive constructive feedback to colleagues to work within a harmonious safe environment.
• Working collaboratively within a team elevating the team to work effectively to support the early childhood kindergarten teacher with program planning and engaging activities.

Essential qualifications and certificates

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification (ACECQA approved certificate).
• Working With Children's Check (WWCC).
• Clear National Police Check and/or International Police Check.
• CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Food safety certificate.
• Safe Sleep certificate.
• Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations certificate.
