Job Responsibilities:
- Provide documents for internal and external organizations, such as documents for government officers.
- Prioritize emails and calendars, arrange meetings, and take minutes of meetings for business events.
- Monitoring and ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate completion of all job assignments on time. For example, managing shop floor suppliers and coordinating with vendors to request services.
- PR / PO in the system and contact with the supplier
- Provide any issue for Invoice receipt with accounting, Create PR indirect service, and manage the budget as a control plan
- Work for any request for help support shopfloor/meeting/conduct audit
- Monitor and update all CPS Metric (PQVC) for lean assessment
- Organize and conduct shop floor morning PID meeting, Right Part Right Time (RPRT) presentation, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in 1 year working in any field
- Any degree, but preferably high vocational or open to any university major
- English communication: Intermediate Level (ability to communicate English in written and verbal, directly report to non-Thai manager)
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules under tight deadlines
- Keen to work on documents and paperwork
Top Candidates will also have:
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (Vlookup, Summary, Pivot Table, BI)
