Snowflake’s Field Operations organization is seeking a Field Operations Manager to support our EMEA sales team. In this role you will partner with cross functional teams in defining, landing, and executing Snowflake’s strategic priorities. You will apply your strategic planning, financial acumen, creative thinking, and deep analytics skills to deliver key projects of the Field Operations team: annual business planning, territory optimization, pipeline and forecast analysis, etc.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Field Operations, you will play a critical role in providing insightful analyses and actionable recommendations to the sales leadership team that will influence strategy and implementation of objectives aimed to achieve Snowflake’s business goals. Our hyper-growth environment requires an ever-evolving approach to managing our go-to-market strategy.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1. Strategic Planning & Sales Partnership

  • Act as a trusted operational partner to sales leaders, driving territory design, quota setting, and headcount transitions to support growth

  • Lead business planning cycles and support quarterly business reveiws by providing insights that shape regional strategy and execution

  • Support rollout of new sales programs, product transitions, and coverage model changes to align with evolving go-to-market priorities

2. Operational Execution & Process Optimization

  • Serve as the point of escalation for quoting, pricing, compensation, and deal approval issues, driving resolution through cross-functional collaboration

  • Drive resolution of operational blockers by partnering with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Comp, and Finance

  • Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate processes, and scale operations for growth

  • Ensure alignment across sales, finance, enablement, and operations teams to maintain consistent execution and program adoption

3. Forecasting, Insights & Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Own the end-to-end forecasting process, including weekly forecast calls, partnering closely with finance and sales leadership

  • Support sales leadership in driving accountability on tracking KPIs, monitoring pipeline health, and making data-driven decisions

  • Deliver actionable insights and partner cross-functionally to support sales performance, pipeline execution, and long-range planning

  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, marketing, product, and enablement to align operations with business growth initiatives

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, revenue operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams

  • Demonstrated understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, sales support roles, business metrics and growth best practices

  • Ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership level

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence varying org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with SFDC reporting. Knowledge of BI tools a plus (Tableau, Looker)

  • Ability to work effectively in an fast-paced environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines. Can adapt quickly to changes and possesses strong work ethic

  • Always focused on doing what’s right for the customer and the business. High energy and contagious enthusiasm. Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support growth

  • Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus
