Employee Relations Advisor (Part-Time)
HR PartnersPart-Time ER Advisor | Approximately 6-Week Contract - Possible extension
We are seeking a proactive ER Advisor to join a supportive and well-resourced HR team on a part-time, 6-week contract. You’ll work 3–4 days per week with an asap start!
In this role, you’ll manage employee relations cases and help the team transition from reactive casework to strategic HR initiatives. If you have strong ER experience, great communication skills, and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, please keep reading!
What you'll bring:
Proven ER expertise, including case management and workplace investigations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies
Excellent stakeholder management skills
About you:
Proven experience in Employee Relations
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
Ability to work independently and within a team
