Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for all delivery-related matters for both the customer and internal delivery teams.

Anchor and drive steering committee meetings, providing regular updates on delivery status and project progress for all active engagements.

Build and maintain strong connections with client POC and internal delivery teams through regular touchpoints, fostering transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.

Monitor the execution of project team activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely program delivery.

Oversee the tracking and reporting of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), key metrics, and other critical delivery hygiene factors impacting project outcomes.

Ensure continuous alignment of engagement objectives with the shifting business needs and strategic direction of the client.

Collaborate with the CP, CRM & SLS on business development initiatives

Review proposed solutions and estimates for new opportunities, ensuring feasibility, alignment with client requirements, and profitability.

Tactically handle and resolve internal escalations within and among project teams to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment.

Required Capabilities, Skills, and Experience

Minimum of 12 years’ experience managing large-scale delivery engagements, preferably within the life sciences manufacturing sector.

Deep understanding of life sciences manufacturing processes, challenges, and regulatory environment.

Exceptional presentation and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end programs, including stakeholders, multiple projects, and cross-functional teams.

Solid understanding of financial management principles, including revenue forecasting and profitability optimization.

Excellent skills in client relationship management, escalation handling, and building long-lasting partnerships.

Proven track record of achieving profitability goals through strategic levers such as pyramid optimization and automation initiatives.

Capacity to identify and execute incremental business development opportunities in close partnership with client stakeholders, expanding the service portfolio.

Understanding of digital transformation trends in life sciences manufacturing (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, data analytics).
