ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Machine Learning Ops and DevOps Engineer to support the growth of our AI insights products. This role involves developing infrastructure and automation processes for Kubernetes and AWS-based ML/LLM products, ensuring their scalability, stability, and performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with Data Scientists and engineers, taking ownership of infrastructure and operations for our AI portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, eagerness to learn, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in a software engineering or machine learning-based role
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Strong programming experience with Python
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset and open to experimentation
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, agile teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., EC2, S3, GCS)
  • Hands-on experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Apache Airflow)
  • Experience with Databricks

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to understand model requirements and operationalize ML workflows
  • Design and maintain scalable ML infrastructure, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment
  • Automate end-to-end ML pipelines using orchestration tools (e.g., Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow)
  • Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments; track performance, data drift, and model degradation
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML systems to support rapid experimentation and iteration
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across infrastructure and deployments
  • Lead DevOps and MLOps best practices, offering guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Stay up to date on developments in machine learning infrastructure, cloud tooling, and modern DevOps techniques
