Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and mentor junior engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Technical Oversight & Product Delivery
- Take ownership of designing, building, and shipping scalable AI-powered applications.
- Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with product goals and engineering best practices.
Hands-On Engineering & Collaboration
- Actively contribute to codebases and architectural design.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to turn ideas into impactful features.
Team Growth & Hiring
- Play a key role in scaling the team by identifying, interviewing, and onboarding top engineering talent.
What We're Looking For
AI-Focused Builder
- A genuine interest in AI/ML technologies with a desire to explore and apply them in innovative ways.
Experienced Technical Leader
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a team leadership or management role.
- Background in fast-paced startup environments is a strong plus.
Full-Stack Expertise
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong frontend development experience with frameworks like React or AngularJS
- Backend development experience using Node.js and Python
- Hands-on exposure to Chrome extension development and cloud platforms
AI/ML Experience is a Must.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and how to integrate them into scalable applications.
