Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in computing, distributed systems, storage, or networking.
  • Experience in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
  • Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
