The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build core logs data processing infrastructure used by all of Google, and this provides an opportunity for impact at scale.
- Work closely with others on Sawmill team and other infrastructure and customer teams on a variety of projects to identify gaps and address bottlenecks in our service to accommodate our ever increasing scale. These improvements take many forms including designing and building new features, optimizing our existing solutions, building integrations with other systems and frameworks for logging at Google scale, and reworking how we are deployed to improve our service’s stability.
