We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales professional to lead the growth of business observability solutions within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling enterprise-level technology products to IT departments and a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of business observability solutions by targeting IT teams within banks and financial institutions.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue achievement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively position the value proposition of observability platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure client requirements are met with tailored solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and close high-value deals.
  • Work closely with reseller and channel partners to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance using CRM and other sales productivity tools.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitive offerings to adjust sales strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • 8–15 years of experience in technology sales, preferably involving enterprise solutions sold to IT departments within banking and financial services.
  • Strong understanding of business observability solutions or related domains such as cybersecurity and performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in sales strategy, negotiation, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Self-starter with a result-oriented approach and strong ownership mindset.
  • Experience in managing and growing partnerships with resellers and channel partners.
