We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales professional to lead the growth of business observability solutions within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling enterprise-level technology products to IT departments and a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of business observability solutions by targeting IT teams within banks and financial institutions.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue achievement.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively position the value proposition of observability platforms.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure client requirements are met with tailored solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and close high-value deals.
- Work closely with reseller and channel partners to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance using CRM and other sales productivity tools.
- Continuously monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitive offerings to adjust sales strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of experience in technology sales, preferably involving enterprise solutions sold to IT departments within banking and financial services.
- Strong understanding of business observability solutions or related domains such as cybersecurity and performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in sales strategy, negotiation, and closing enterprise deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Self-starter with a result-oriented approach and strong ownership mindset.
- Experience in managing and growing partnerships with resellers and channel partners.
