Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Estonian
- Provide accurate solutions and support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery
- Stay informed about our products and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain composure under pressure
- Basic technical proficiency with digital tools for customer interaction
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
