Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Estonian clients via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs
- Promote and explain loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in our services
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Stay informed about company products, services, and updates to provide relevant assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles is preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems effectively with a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology and experienced with CRM systems
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
