Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to Estonian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Educate clients about banking processes, procedures, and available services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or the banking industry is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in finance and banking products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customer service software and banking systems is a plus.
