Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media channels in Estonian.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products/services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively.
- Engage with customers to encourage interaction and promote brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media activity and report feedback and trends to the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and engagement skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in social media, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their customer engagement strategies is advantageous.
