Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Estonian-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce-related questions.
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, product details, and payment processing issues.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Guide customers through product offerings and any available promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to quickly address and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is beneficial.
