Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Estonian-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce-related questions.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, product details, and payment processing issues.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through product offerings and any available promotions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to quickly address and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service processes is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
