Responsibilities
- Assist Estonian-speaking clients with inquiries regarding entertainment services, events, and bookings.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve booking-related issues and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery based on customer feedback.
- Stay informed about upcoming events and industry trends to better assist clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or the entertainment industry is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in entertainment and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management software is preferred.
